Wizard operation

Guiding CatchIS operations

To make the system easier for users unfamiliar with its operations, CatchIS presents a simple 'Wizard' interface to guide them through the options, thus:

The initial wizard screen gives a clear overview of the processs

The first thing to do is to select an area of interest (AOI) for subsequent modelling

Here the 'Bow Brook' sub-catchment has been selected

Next, the model required is selected

The crop/compound combination is selected for the chosen model - here Atrazine on Maize

Associated thematic datasets may also be selected for on-screen display and plotting - here soil leaching potential

Reporting output options are selected

Finally all the choices are made and the models are ready to be run as desired
